add pagination / scroll-loading or some limit #34

It'll take a long time on the server to generate plus even more time to put hundreds elements in the grid (client/DOM) --> we really should do some limit or implement endless scrolling.

I'm currently implementing https://github.com/jney/jquery.pageless

Page requests are costly for us and our customers.
