Include Stata 18 #7

Included ico and png icons for Stata 18. ./payload/stata_integration_exec.sh updated to modify maximum version to 18. Ran build.sh for new ./build/new stata-integration.bin file.

wow, thanks for the pull request. I still do not have a license for Stata 18 in my hands, so couldn't do this myself. Thanks for this contribution!
