5045 ERROR_WRITING_RESPONSES

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After upgrading to 1.7.1 users are unable to save their challenge responses. 

What version of PWM are you using?
1.7.1

What ldap directory and version are you using?
Active Directory

Please paste any error log messages below:
An error occurred during the save of your response questions. Please contact 
your administrator. { 5045 ERROR_WRITING_RESPONSES (no response save methods 
are available or configured) }

It's probably a configuration issue, not a bug. From what version are you 
coming?

Under Modules -> Forgotten Password, make sure to set the read and write 
locations for responses.

I discovered my issue. I was coming from 1.6.x. I needed to change some fields 
to LocalDB instead of PWMDB.
