modify /etc/hosts to resolve job public IP's locally #66

May require user to sudo chmod 777 their /etc/hosts file

This lets one use job name in URL bar instead of having to lookup the IP: screenshot 2018-08-18 16 32 43

may need to do 'chrome://net-internals/#dns' -> clear host cache when things change
