Could you save your project (before running simulations, after validating your setup) and upload here the project zip file ? so that I could try to replicate the issue ?
Full disclaimer: your data file will be included in the project zip file. If, for confidentiality reason, you prefer not sharing your data file, no problem of course, could you at least upload here the generated header file and tell me which type of data you are using (MSS, SNP indseq/poolseq ?).

tw>td; td>t2 and t2>t1. Everything seem to work weel but when i start the running i get this error message: !!! I have caught an exception which is: Erreur dans readheaders(). Error when reading header.txt file : more than one population (1,2) are ancestral in scenario 1.
