Check for full coalescence in historical scenario #27

When defining a scenario, a check for full coalescence should be done.

Example of non coalescent scenario which is currently not detected:

N1 N2 N3 N4
0 sample 1
0 sample 2
0 sample 3
0 sample 4
t1 merge 1 2
t2 merge 3 4
