[general] Add safe call to input file check and command run with tryCatch

To avoid error that freeze the interface, need to add tryCatch with management of error regarding

• [ ] file parsing and checking
• [ ] scenario drawing
• [x] command runs (done in PR #96 with execute_safely from shinyWidgets)
