[training set simu][SNP indSeq] remove multiple "from" choice in case of multi-type locus #83

A single "from" is used in the header file, e.g.

loci description (1)
70 <A> 10 <X> 10 <M> 10 <Y> G1 from 1

Hence, a single "from" input should be available in the interface and not one per locus type.
