accept `header.txt` or `headerRF.txt` #93

At the moment, file check for existing project works with headerRF.txt but not with header.txt (message "project setup is ok" but nothing in model and prior panels).

Fixed in 1b2ee9e and PR #96 (available in v1.1+)
