Depending on whether we're able to get CSS/JS included nicely in Canvas

[ ] Get w2c working on pages
[ ] Inject Content Interface styles
- [ ] create appropriate css file on github
- [ ] modify word2canvas to inject (when on page)
- [ ] modify w2c word conversion to include additional CI changes to add images (activity, reading etc)
