Issues when handling Canvas File Links #48

Canvas file links can break in at least two situations

  1. [ ] When there is a disparity between name in coursePages document (without a (1)) and in the contentCOllection (with a (1)) e.g. lecture.docx and lecture(2).docx - appears Content Collection/Blackboard may treat them differently
  2. [x] When a file name contains smart quotes and em dashes

c2m_Model::findOrCreateItem calls canvasModules::findItem
