Pointer does not appear in presentation window #3

I have followed the instructions, but the pointer is only visible in the notes preview window. It's not visible in the main presentation window. I see this JS console error in Firefox TypeError: pendingCalls[data.callId] is not a function http://localhost:8000/node_modules/reveal.js-notes-pointer/notes.html:388
