FEATURE: Editor #8

Use the ArcGIS Editor Widget in order to include the option to edit the existing data. This option should only be available when logged in.

The question which is still open here is how to deal with the protection of the data. Read should be possible for everyone but editing just when logged in. But this should be possible with the settings on AGO

It is not possible with just the settings on AGO, so I ended up using the original approach with the view. When not logged in you see the view, as soon as logged in the feature layer is replaced with the actual layer
