Dell VPN #1

As far as I can see, Dell VPNs are actually SonicWall VPNs. See for example Dell Secure Mobile Access VPN/VPN Client setup instructions. The ngsetup.ini file in ZIP file win_x64.zip points to a Dell Secure Mobile Access VPN, which appears to be a SonicWall VPN:

$ what-vpn softvpn.xxxxxx.org
softvpn.xxxxxx.org: SonixWall NX (SMA/12.4, 80%)
$

whiops

If that is indeed true, please fix the TODO list by removing the reference to Dell: https://github.com/dlenski/what-vpn/blob/d76f7aa83df4e5b4376efc3d31c499262585b17f/README.md#L144

It appears SonicWall spun out from Dell in 2016, so it doesn't make sense to speak of Dell VPNs any more: SonicWall Announces Spin Out from Dell Software Group – Focused on Solving Next Generation of Cybersecurity Threats Facing Companies
