Handle scraping Rotowire with ad tile. #40

It looks like Rotowire has decided to put ads in some tiles that would normally contain a lineup. Since the markup is different this obviously breaks the scraper.

This is now being handled correctly. Just keeping this issue open because I need to write a test case for it.
