Update examples to aframe 1.4.2 #47

I completely forgot I started to update the repo to aframe 1.4.2 in May 2023. I don't remember where I was in the update of the examples or what changes was remaining to do. I think I actually didn't test it at all in VR, I was just updating it first to work on desktop. If someone wants to continue from my branch, go ahead.

Also note that the m shortcut defined in README for aframe-inspector doesn't exist anymore, see https://github.com/aframevr/aframe-inspector/pull/750
