Hi, this is an OS X-related issue. By default, it prevents installation of
software that come from somewhere else than the App Store (or registered
developers) for security reasons. Here are the details and how to disable this
restriction:

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5290?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US

To install the driver, you will have to accept installation from "Anywhere", as
I am not a registered developer.

OK...got the driver package to open. Now A/M setup is seeing the keyboard, but
still can't get it to show up in ProTools. Are there drivers for 10.9.1 I
downloaded 10.7 package, because that was the latest I saw. Thx!

The 10.7 package is the latest one, it's really intended to work with 10.7 and
up.

As for ProTools, I cannot really help there as I never used it, sorry. However,
if it shows up in A/M Setup (and is not greyed out), it should work correctly.
You can test the keyboard with GarageBand, it shouldn't have any issues with it.
