It seems to me like servant-prometheus has gone far enough from servant-ekg that it makes sense to make this project the root of its own collection of forks.

Hmm, sounds reasonable to me, though AFAIR this is still quite broken in a lot of ways. One day I'll find some time to work on it again...

@axman6: Don't worry about it. I just dropped a bunch of PRs on servant-ekg only to find that the metric names the ekg -> prometheus bridge produces are trash, so I'm going to bring the changes over here.
