Please check Android Project Structure — alternative way article, maybe it will suit your need.

Works with the newest versions of intelliJ, so it might fix itself when AS updates

Not works for android studio version 3.1.3

mine is android 3.1.2 , actually it work on "project" view , not on "android" view
