error checking for frame animations #53

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I created banner.brlyt banner_start.brlan and banner_loop.brlan with benzin
utilizing RLTP.  When listing TPLs from layout tab it correctly shows all
the frame animations TPLs but i purposely left out a bunch of the frame
TPLs to see if error checking would catch me on it, but it doesn't.  I'm
guessing error checking only checks for TPLs listed in the brlyt?  Fine if
that is the case but it should probably be noted in the documentation.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

the error checking that's done for the TPLs in the brlyt should also check
for TPLs listedn in the brlans.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

tried it again and i got warning correctly... not sure what i did differently 
between
trials... sorry for the very unhelpful debugging.
