Form Builder conflict with mootools in Joomla! #94

Hi! thank you for Form builder JS I am creating a form builder component for Joomla! and I realy love Formbuilder.js. But I had the issue with Mootools default in Joomla!. When I click on checkboxs or muiltichoice then they render many result like the attach images. Please help me!!!! SOS........ with-mootools many-render

Sorry, I don't know anything about Mootools. Can you set up an isolated test case on jsfiddle?
