Add TLS support to Alpine builds #56

This was specifically left out of #54 because it failed to build due to https://github.com/memcached/memcached/pull/572 which is now included in 1.5.21. :tada:

I've also tested this successfully with and without #55 and it builds successfully on both versions. :+1:
