Docker [Desktop] is not exposing IP addresses from the Linux VM to the host OS (i.e. macOS 14.5 Sonoma)

Description

When I setup and configure MetalLB to generate a load-balancer for services, it looks like Docker [Desktop] is not exposing IP addresses from the Linux VM to the host OS (i.e. macOS 14.5 Sonoma).

Reproduce
