Docsify doesnt recognise letter & - doesnt generate in sidebar #2193

Docsify doesnt recognise letter & - in sidebar it's not generated in link

Steps to reproduce

Starters & Themes

Link is not generated as starters & themes in sidebar Starters & Themes

while it's normally generated on main document in section https://web-platform-npevsr.stackblitz.io/#/?id=starters-amp-themes

so amp in sidebar is what's missing

Current behaviour

since link in sidebar is generated without that letter, navigation menu doesnt take me to that section. as it should
