Implement the new equipment customisation system, as laid out in the googledoc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1F_l6-kWQJ5-UN1oprHX1Qccp98-7AAq-Xk9ntXY3wwg/edit

Important points to be implemented:

Add equipment slots to Ship.cs
Add sockets to equipments
Create augments
Ensure bullet/weapon system can support the required effects
