Add a folder called fast-endpoints.
Add a readme in this folder. Link all the samples for fast-endpoints in this readme.
Add an entry at the main /readme.md to this folder and start the sample count. Increment the main readme sample count whenever you add a sample.
Make sure there is a readme in every sample.
Try to keep everything in just one file, e.g. program.cs.
Keep the sample as simple and small as possible.

Please start from the very basic.
Create a folder on its own.
