Klarna - Opencart 2.3 - Could not retrieve pClass for SWE. Error Code: 9113. #1

dear all we got a problem with klarna Extension Checkout and Account.

we got an error code when we enter account data on ( klarna Account)

Could not retrieve pClass for SWE. Error Code: 9113; Error Message: An integration problem has occurred between the Store and Klarna. Please contact the Store for more information or choose another payment method

at this moment base language - EN_GB Currency - Eur and Sek. Version ocStore 2.3.0.2.3

If anybody knows how to fix it/ please help
