not compatible with plugin "redmine_ckeditor" #32

Hi,

When use your plugin with an other plugin "redmine_ckeditor", that breaks the preview of source code

the numbering of the lines and the navigation (with the arrow keys on the keyboard) are inconsistent in source preview

same here with redmine 4.0.5 and latest plugins for both
