Installation instructions need to be updated for grails 3 #8

The plugin appears to have accepted a pull request to update to grails 3, but the instructions in the README are still for grails 2 (BuildConfig.groovy & plugins section)

Has this plugin been deployed to bintray? I did a few searches but couldn't find it.

Will be happy if you can send PR for that.

I suggest to use webjars or this plugin: https://github.com/craigburke/client-dependencies-gradle.

In Grails 3 this plugin (I mean grails-font-awesome) useless.
