As a fail safe I will introduce rate limiting on Yahoo! BOSS so a nefarious mastermind will not bankrupt the dream that is a Koosli web. This is good enough for now but a more robust solution will be to identify and block abuse at a Koosli infrastructure level.

2014.11.18 11:35 set rate limiting at ~ 5000 queries per day.
