Default constraints #58

This PR adds the ability to specify a default set of constraints in a YAML file and have them added to the program at runtime.

When testing, I did notice a bug unrelated to this PR, which I'll create a PR for shortly.

Also, notice that one of your default constraints (before 8:50) is impossible.

I didn't notice that, I was just feeding it data to make sure I could generate constraints at all. Thanks for catching it.
