Replace the "Start Experiment Button" with the 3 dot menu.

Acceptance Criteria

3 dot menu should be in the top right of the config page, with only the Start Experiment option.

Now we have the "Add to Bundle" option here, but we are not showing the push publish option when you add some endpoint to your server
