Edit blog detail search does not support special chars

Problem Statement

When looking for image/video that in the file name contains special chars, when you type one of these nothing is returned.

Solution could be similar to the one for: https://github.com/dotCMS/core/issues/25230

Steps to Reproduce

1- Navigate to Blogs (within Content), select a blog post 2- Click the button to show its preview 3- Choose to edit the preview 4- Select Image in the right sidebar 5- Try to find one using special characters (e.g. type services- for services-2.jpg) 6- Nothing is returned

Acceptance Criteria

Edit blog detail searches should allow special chars.
