Rename module for Bower etc. #90

There is another module with the same name "angular-routing" out there, to avoid confusion we should rename our module either to it's full name: "dotjem-angular-routing" or maybe just to the module name "dotjem-routing"...

There is no change to the source for this, it's a pure matter of package naming for bower etc.

Should now be available as 'dotjem-angular-routing'
