MIDI Remote Scripts - Expose device parameter names on LCD screens

Generic parameter names (like DEVICE) are baked into the Controller Editor template.

Some manufacturer's MIDI Remote Scripts (Mackie MCU, Novation Remote SL) seem to be able to do show the actual parameter name.
