aspire-dashboard Container image update policy

The aspire v8.2.0 has been released for a long time, while the container image seemed still not updated, the latest tag is still 8.1, and found the previous discussion about the 8.1.0 container image,

do we have a to-do items list for the release including the container image update, is there some automation for it?
