Onboard roslyn-analyzers repo for area pod boards #21

We need to start generating fabricbot config for the dotnet/roslyn-analyzers repository for integrating issues/PRs from that repository into the area pod boards.

jeffhandley commented 2 years ago

We concluded that we won't onboard this repo for fabricbot. Instead, we need to port the appropriate tasks to GitHub Actions and subscribe to them from that repo.
