Hey there, I got this working in Manjaro (Kernel 5.19.14-1-MANJARO), after repeated failed attempts at installing via AUR, or hand compiling from source.

OBS Version 28.0.3-1 installed by pacman from AUR (obs-studio-amf). Installed this plugin by extracting the Ubuntu 20.04 binary into ~/

Works a treat!
