Tooltips for Beatmap Stats #12

As a user I don't quite understand what the stats on the right side of the beatmap item (above the download/preview buttons) mean. I would like some text indication to appear when i hover over a stat to understand what it means.

Implemented in PR #20 Released in v1.6.2
