Add color management UI #7

Users want to create and reuse colors without copy-pasting hex codes. Add a color palette tool which allows designers & users to set a group of colors for reuse, even with names they can refer to. Perhaps even with the ability to "stay linked" to a color palette slot so that it is easy to shift an entire design's color scheme from one place so colors can be statically set or by reference.

Bonus points if we provide color family tools for setting up a harmony of secondary, triad, tetrad, etc. like you can do at http://paletton.com/

+1 Showit does this. Detailed in a ticket sometime forever ago.

Something simple would be to add a color dropper to all color boxes. This would allow you to eyedrop an existing color from the layout without having to copy and paste the hexcode in every time
