Thumbnail galleries can have a max width for items, which means the gallery can stop growing at some point. But neither the gallery style nor the gallery module/block give users a way to set horizontal alignment. Typically they want a centered behavior, but might also want left or right alignment.

We should add alignment options to either the gallery style or to the gallery module/block.
