Package Rmpfr does not work on M2 MacBook Pro running Ventura but works on Catalina and Monterey #2

R session aborts when first mpfr() command is executed; see highlighted line below. This error does on occur on two other MACs running other OSX. Also does not occur on GitHub Actions.
