Added Filter option #39

Added filter option in Coding Calendar list.Added apk(app-debug) for reference

Fixes #33

Changes: Added a spinner to pick a competition,Based on item selected recreated the fragment with filtered contents. The Spinner is hidden by default but when u tap the filter btn then it unhides.
