What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a chat already open
2. Set the preferences to queue activities
3. have someone send you a message in that alrady open chat

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

You will see the tray icon flashing, eventhough you have already received
the message. It's not a showstopper, but its not right... we should fix it
before 0.7 milestone.

This has been fixed, and a few things have been changed about activities, and 
the
window utility. I'm not sure that what I've done is the best solution to be 
honest.
It basically forces the system to have only 1 window utility.. although this 
makes
sense, it might be restrictive.

But for the current purpose, it works.
