Activity Notifications #28

All activities need to have notifications setup, and we have to wrap them 
with the options provided in the preferences now. This will allow the user 
control over what shows up. File transfers and messages only show flashing 
icon in the tray so far, we have to take it further to show bubbles.

I've added activities for incoming message that starts a new conversation, file
transfers, nudges/winks, and i'm working on the rest... should be done soon.

Most of the activities are done now, including new contacts and all types of 
contact
changes that occur in the contact list.
