Remove DevExpress Localization Files #18

Currently the .exe size is being bloated a little due to the fact that Costura is embedding the DevExpress localization files. These should be removed to help trim down the size of the .exe.

ff8d8467 - Changed publish language to English so that it does not deploy the language DLLs. This shaves off about 3 megs worth of files from the final executable.

Also other things that can be done (for future reference). The other options (such as removing the files from your development machine) will stop them from being included in ALL projects built on a computer:
