Upgrade to DevExpress 18.1 when it comes out of beta.

Some of the new features that would be useful are:

Direct X version of the TreeList (Object Explorer) and the PDF Viewer (possible candidate for inclusion)
Fluent UI
New overlay wait indicators
New print API for the rich text editor (Query Text Editor)
Review the rest here for possible other reasons to upgrade

Need to verify that functionality is not broken and/or nothing weird is going on with it before closing this.

Made various adjustments to resolve problems caused by the upgrade as well as add enhancements that have been made permissible because of the upgrade. Additional enhancements and/or other tweaks will be made down the road as they arise. Since the upgrade is complete and the most obvious breaking changes have been dealt with, this will be closed for now.
