[feature request] Add Prometheus and Grafana #14

Since we have added monitoring support in Dragonfly, it is a good choice to pack them into this chart.

After my consideration, I think that adding these two components are quite heavy for us to maintain. If users want to monitor Dragonfly, I believe they already had a Prometheus and Grafana set up in their environment. So is it still necessary for us to pack them in the helm chart or just provide a ref doc?

I believe providing a service monitor template is good enough. So that prometheus-operator users can easily set up, like most of other projects do. @Starnop WDYT?
