[feature request] Add more support in CI

I opened a PR for basic chart linting and installing. Several things need to do:

• [ ] Support for both helm2 and helm3. Current version is only helm2.
• [ ] Support for different k8s version.
• [ ] e2e case for file and image distribution. (Maybe better for another PR)
