Gollum will create a page called "pages" with links to all the pages in a gollum wiki. Can gollum-site also generate this?

I would also love this. I may end up just hacking gollum to remove edit functionality.

Currently this feature does not exist in gollum-site. While generating a list of pages is trivial, there would be some questions around how to handle layout etc.
